Project manager/project manager (GR projects)
Responsibilities:
- Organization, planning and coordination of the Association’s projects.
- Development and implementation of multi-level projects of national importance.
- Preparation of project documentation, estimates, reports, and presentations.
- Organizing effective communication with EBA members and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Clear understanding of the planning process (knowledge of popular methods).
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of personal responsibility.
Experience in the Ukrainian Defense Forces will be an advantage. - Higher education (military, security, or medical) will be an advantage.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- Proven English proficiency – at least C1.

Instructor
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of operator-level programs: BLS, PBLS, StB, PhTLS, TECC.
- Proven experience in teaching the above programs (min. 3/5).
- A clear understanding of the training planning process.
- Ability to work with an audience of 20-30 people.
- Ability to work with audiences of different ages and levels of knowledge.
- Readiness for a business trip.
- Willingness to allocate time to the project from 1 week per month.
- Experience in the Ukrainian Defense Forces will be an advantage.
- Higher education (military, security, or medical) will be an advantage.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Doctor-instructor of courses for medical workers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an instructor (ALS, ATLS, PHTLS, etc.)
- Ability to work with audiences of different medical levels and experience.
- Willingness to travel (including abroad) for training and qualification confirmation.
- Willingness to allocate time to organize and conduct training.
- Medical education (at least a bachelor’s degree).
- Experience in the Ukrainian Defense Forces will be an advantage.
- Experience in emergency situations will be an advantage.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- Proven English proficiency – at least C1.

Instructor at the KMS Tactical Medicine School
Position: Instructor of a training platoon.
Main responsibilities:
- professional training of combat medics of the platoon of the Airborne Forces – 878;
- organizing and conducting tactical medicine training in accordance with approved training programs.
Requirements (mandatory):
- availability of basic general military training (BMT – 100);
- availability of professional training of a platoon combat medic (VOS – 878);
- no criminal record for committing criminal offenses.
Preferred:
- experience as a platoon combat medic, senior company combat medic or other medical positions;
- a basic level instructor course is available;
- age under 45;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- teaching experience;
- high communication skills;
- ability to effectively transfer knowledge and motivate cadets;
- organizational and methodological skills;
- ability to work in a team and lead a group of servicemen.
